Sooo YUMMY!!

I've decided to try a few recipes I've found on Pinterest and I decided to make a Mexican soup called Albondigas Soup tonight and it was amazing.  It is so delish, I can't even tell you!  Curtis and I had several bowls.  The recipe is from this cooking blog.  It has meatballs, bell peppers, carrots, potatoes, and lots and lots of yumminess.

It was a lot of work, but I think it wouldn't take me as long next time now that I know what all goes in it.  You mix the meatballs first and cook them separately, then cut up all your vegetables and start the soup.  It would be a great recipe for a weekend since you can take your time to prepare it.  It's not really something you can whip up in 30 minutes.

Either way, it is super yummy and I can't wait to have this again!!

Heads up, I'm trying another recipe from Pinterest tomorrow for V-day, I'll let you know if it's yummy.

Where Is She?!

Why OH Why haven't I been blogging?!  This is something I ask myself regularly; as do some of you.  I hate that I've been so MIA on my blog.  I love updating my blog.  I don't know what the deal is, but just to give you an update on what's been going on. . . . here are the cliff notes:

And that is where I'm at today.  I want to update you with lots of pics and fun stuff but it's late and tomorrow I have a play date in the morning, my mom is coming over and my hubby and I have a dinner date thingy at church. . . then Saturday is family time with my parents.  Maybe Sunday I can post lots of stuff.  I'll try to make that my priority.

Well, I hope you still love me even though I haven't been blogging. . . or updating my 365 pictures (I HAVE been taking my 365 pictures).   In the mean time, I'll leave you with a pic of my cutie pie! (Well, both of them!)

So I now speak in cute little sentences from all the baby books I'm reading to my son daily (hence the title). . . I'm just kidding of course.

ANYWAYS, I wanted to tell you about the most adorable and perfect little bird houses that my brother-in-law builds and is now selling.  He's a talented dude and I know his birdhouses are very well built.  As he put it, even the little birdies need a home.  You can buy your little neighborhood birdies a house for $25.

OH and he made the most fabulous birdhouse for my mom, with a picket fence, and a tin roof, and it has several levels and is painted green and it's awesome.  So, if you want to place a custom order, I'm sure he could accommodate.
